Captaincy, a lot of work so lets make it easier. 

You get out what you put in,  and I certainly found that was true of my time as  Captain.  Planning , preparation , promoting, listening to people and being present  all go towards getting the most out of your year in office.  There's a few simple tips and resources that help to make the role easier and hopeful that what I hope to capture in this site.  Enjoy and feedback is welcome
